Fido's Freebie Friday is truly humming along nicely, as there are so many great things you can win for you or your dog. It's great to have all our blogging friends joining in to share their giveaways as well. With the All Things Dog Blog Doga video series up and running--one video pose each week--I'm doing a little promoting with some yoga accessories. While water bottles wrapped up last week, you'll soon see yoga journals, so stay tuned. We have some fun designs that we hope will help motivate you to keep track of your workouts and your progress. I'm finding it helpful to keep notes that help me to gauge my improvement as I continue to build on my strength, flexibility and understanding of the poses.
