Some people just have a way about them. The publishers of Life+Dog are definitely on this list. Each and every time I've met with Brett and Ryan I find their enthusiasm contagious. What a joy it is to spend time with people who love their work and their pets so completely.Their magazine, Life + Dog, is as endearing as they are. Each cover story shares the relationship of one celebrity or group with their dog. You finish reading these articles with a smile, feeling inspired.
Life + Dog covers all areas of dog lifestyle, just as the tagline says: "Modern Living with Man's Best Friend." A recent issue included landscaping tips, indestructible toys, dogs at work and my personal favorite: The Ultimate Chick Magnets!
During a recent meeting with Ryan I was amazed at his complete engrossment in his editorial calendar, as I sat by completely confused. His work is ruled by the schedule, yet he manages to produce a magazine that continues to help us find new ways to bond with our dogs, educates us about our dogs, and fill us in on the world around us, with perspective right where we want it--on our dogs.
