Toby and Max Winner Announced

This past couple weeks has seen some fierce competition for one of my advertiser's necklaces. Thanks to Toby and Max for their delightful Rescued and Loved necklace that brought a crowd of entries. The winner was drawn earlier today and announced on the Rafflecopter, but pardon my technical difficulties for a late announcement by post.
