Pet Product Giveaways: Fido's Freebie Friday is the Place

Looking for free stuff to win for your pet? You've come to the right place! Each week this collection opens at 4:00 PM ET on Thursdays. Entries continue until the same time each week, when they reopen with a new opportunity for blogs and pet companies to list their giveaways, contests, prizes and freebies. So join us each week and be sure to check in throughout the week to see what may have been added that is new and fun.


For Bloggers:

Pet Product Review Tip # 18: 
After your winners are announced, you'll need to (1) collect your winners' names, addresses, phone numbers (for the shipper, even it it's you), (2) identify each winner with the specific prize they have won (if various options--products, colors or sizes--are available), (3) send this list, with your identifying information, to your contact person for handling, (4) ask for a followup email with shipping date or tracking numbers. 

This past week's most popular giveaway categories were 1) Shammies and doormats, 2) healthy treats, and 3) a great car for your dog. For bloggers looking to add more traffic to their sites, there are two steps you can take to get more click-throughs: link up early after Fido's Freebie Friday reopens each Thursday afternoon at 4 PM ET, AND be sure to add the linky code to your own blog, making it easy for your readers to check out your other giveaways, when you have multiples. You'll find help on adding the linky code at our Help Page.

Our Ridiculously Easy Rules: 
Pet blogs from around the Internet may link up all their active giveaways on this post each week. We welcome all your pet product giveaway events here. The rules are simple:

• PLEASE add an end date to your listing. You have up to 45 characters to describe your prize and include an expiration date.
• Fido's Freebie Friday Blog Hop is open to posts with prizes for pet products or services, including pet-related or pet-themed items for owners. Link up using your specific post url to make it easier to find.
• Please include our badge or a link to this post in your giveaway write up, and ask your readers to tell us who sent them.
