Check out your local pet product shops, watching for new products and those that catch your eye as items that may appeal to your readers. Collect contact information from the packaging. Use the contact form at the product maker's website to make contact, when other possibilities do not exist. You may also find answers to questions via Twitter or their Facebook page.
