I was pleased to see such a vigorous interest in this topic. Our dogs' arthritis and joint ailments are often invisible, and therefore we may not be aware of the need to offer assistance. My earlier post included a few ideas for prevention, and readers chimed in with some others as well.

PetSmart's partnering with GNC brought about their new Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM supplement that you all seem so eager to try. Keep in mind that supplementation takes time to show results. I've heard estimates of 2-6 weeks in various places, so be patient and give it time.
